Email or fax is the best way to place an order, as on most days we are but a group of two, working in different states. If engraving or casting is taking place, then the phone does not get answered. We check our emails daily, but on occassion, travel interrupts. Packing, shipping & insurance charges will be quoted as promptly as is possible. We ship via UPS (insured up to $100.00 included in shipping cost) We use ATF shipping boxes to insure safe travel.
